Church Dedication
Today is our church dedication ceremony. We have so many people to thank for making this happen, but no one more than our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who we dedicate the building to. The service starts at 2pm today. Hope to see you all there!

Moved In!!!!!
We apologize for the lack of updates but we have now moved in!!!! We got our permit approval last Wednesday and actually started worship this past Sunday. Starting January 16th, we will move to a 10am start time. There's still a lot of work to be done, but we're clear to worship there. We are so thankful for all of your support!!!

Our first 'service' at the new building! Join us today at 10am (4070 S 5600 W) for a special Cornerstone celebration! We've been blessed to have so much help over the last few months and years from so many people and we invite you all to join us for this momentous occasion! See you all there!

Passion Week
Today kicks off the biggest week in Christianity. Today is the start of Passion week; the anniversary celebration of Jesus' last week on Earth as a human before He died on the cross for us. It starts today, Palm Sunday when He entered Jerusalem. On to Holy Wednesday and Thursday when the last supper took place; when He went up to the garden to pray; where He was betrayed by Judas and tried. And then on to Good Friday, where He shed His blood and died for our sins. Finally, Easter Sunday, when He rose from the grave and ascended into Heaven proclaiming to return one day.

July 23rd: 2nd Annual FROGS vs Lilies Cook-off
We will be flexing our cooking muscles at our 2nd annual FROGS vs. Lilies cook-off! This will be held July 23rd at 11am at the church. Will the FROGS retain their title or will the Lilies emerge victorious?

July 31st: FROGS vs Lilies Cookoff
It's back! The 2nd ever CCRC cookoff returns Saturday, July 31st and this time, it's FROGS vs Lilies! The teams should have their food prepped the night before at their respective kitchens (FROGS at Bori's; Lilies at Mary's) and will begin cooking that food starting at 9am. We'll then gather to the church property to have 4 judges (2 women, 2 men; each group selecting one of each) to critique our food and the winner will take home bragging rights and the famous golden spatula (I've been assured that it's gold this time and not bronze).
